Which lease dates are coming up next?

Enter each tenant’s commencement, expiration, renewal notice period, option window, and next scheduled rent change. The tracker turns them into one sorted list of deadlines with days remaining, so a notice date doesn’t pass unnoticed inside a PDF.

What this tracker does, and doesn’t

Explicit dates only

Every date comes from what you type. The tracker never reads or interprets lease language; it does arithmetic on the dates and day counts you confirm.

Status bands

Urgent: 30 days or less. Soon: 31–90 days. Upcoming: within a year. Later: beyond that. Past events stay visible so a missed deadline is obvious.

Best use

A monthly review across a small portfolio, or a quick sanity check before a tenant conversation. For an always-current record tied to the lease document itself, that’s what TenantPoint’s lease intelligence is for.

Questions owners ask about lease dates.

How is the renewal notice deadline calculated?

You enter how many days before expiration the lease requires notice (for example, 180). The tracker subtracts that from the expiration date. Some leases specify months rather than days, or count from a different anchor; convert carefully and confirm against the signed document.

What is the option window?

Many leases let a tenant exercise a renewal option only during a window before the notice deadline. Enter the window length in days and the tracker shows when it opens. Leave it blank if the lease has no such window.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your browser's localStorage, on this device. Nothing is sent to TenantPoint. Clearing your browser data, or using the Clear button, removes it. Download the CSV if you want a copy.

Can this remind me automatically?

No. This is a visual tracker you return to. TenantPoint's lease intelligence records the same dates on each lease record inside your workspace; automated reminders are on the product roadmap, not available today.
