SERVICE AGREEMENT

Terms of Service

Effective August 29, 2026

The service

TenantPoint provides software-assisted commercial property operations, including lease extraction, rent tracking, banking categorization, CAM analysis, reporting, and communication preparation.

User responsibility

You must verify lease terms, calculations, fees, charges, contact information, messages, and reports. The service is not legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

Accounts and data

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain authority to upload data, and comply with privacy and communication laws.

Trials and subscriptions

The 15-day trial begins when the first property is created. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Plan limits and prices are displayed before purchase and in the Billing & plan area of Settings.

Capacity, user seats, and add-ons

Each plan includes a stated number of properties, tenant spaces, and user seats. A user seat is consumed by every person with a TenantPoint sign-in, including an Owner, Admin, Manager, or Read-only user. Permission roles determine what a person may do; they do not change whether that person uses a seat.

Additional user seats are $5 per month and additional properties are $10 per month. A text-message pack is $15 for 500 SMS segments and is available for 12 months. Add-ons are optional: TenantPoint does not apply automatic overage charges. You must review and approve the add-on through Stripe before the related capacity is increased.

Communications

You must have a lawful basis to contact recipients and honor consent, opt-out, quiet-hour, and carrier requirements.

Availability and limitation

Features may change and maintenance may occur. AI and financial outputs can contain errors and require human verification. Governing law and final liability language must be completed before launch.

This launch-ready draft must be reviewed with your legal counsel and updated with the operating company’s legal name, address, and jurisdiction before accepting paid subscriptions.
