When does the trial begin?

Your 15 days begin when you create your first property—not when you register. No credit card is required.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Start with the plan that fits today, then move up as your portfolio and tenant communication needs grow. Your plan page always shows your included properties, tenant spaces, and user seats.

Who counts as a user seat?

Every person who can sign in counts as one user seat: Owner, Admin, Manager, and Read-only. Roles control permissions; they do not change whether a login uses a seat. Starter includes 1, Owner includes 3, and Portfolio includes 8.

What happens when I need more capacity?

TenantPoint never silently adds overages. You may choose an additional user for $5/month or an additional property for $10/month in Settings, review the amount in Stripe, and approve it before your capacity changes.

Why are communications in higher plans?

Email and text delivery create ongoing third-party costs. Higher plans include a practical monthly allowance while keeping the entry plan focused and affordable.

What happens if I use all my texts?

Your financial workflows keep working. You can add a $15 pack of 500 SMS segments, available for 12 months, instead of being forced into a larger plan.

Is annual billing locked in?

Annual paid plans are prepaid for one year and include two months free compared with monthly billing.
