The true rent roll

Built from verified lease terms and approved CAM, not a separate spreadsheet.

#What it's built from

The rent roll comes straight from each tenant's verified rent schedule plus their current CAM: the approved new amount once it takes effect, or the lease's CAM estimate before that. There's nothing to reconcile between the rent roll and the lease record. They're the same data.

#Annual and monthly views

The annual view totals each tenant's contractual income for the year, including step-ups that land mid-year, for last year through four years ahead. The monthly view shows one month's base rent, CAM, and total across every tenant. “Download CSV” exports what you're looking at.

These captures use controlled sample or internal demo records, not customer records. Available controls depend on your role, plan and account readiness.
