Billing & plans

Trial to paid, managing the subscription, and add-ons.

#Before choosing paid access

The 21-day no-card trial begins with your first property. TenantPoint shows usage and access in Settings → Billing & plan. A demo workspace and an unpaid trial are not the same as an active paid-plan entitlement. Review your team size, property count and tenant spaces before choosing a plan.

#Current standard plans

Annual prices are billed annually, not month by month. Custom terms and capacities are agreed separately. Public pricing and the checkout confirmation are the reference for the subscription you choose.

  • Owner: $99/month or $990/year; 3 properties, 30 tenant spaces and 2 users. QuickBooks and tenant ACH collection are not included.
  • Portfolio: $249/month or $2,490/year; 10 properties, 150 tenant spaces and 5 users. Includes QuickBooks Online and tenant ACH, subject to provider setup and account readiness.
  • Professional: $499/month or $4,990/year; 30 properties, 500 tenant spaces and 15 users. Includes QuickBooks Online and tenant ACH, subject to provider setup and account readiness.
  • Custom: contact sales for the agreed configuration. Bank connections, messaging and API access have their own access and readiness requirements.

#Choosing a plan

Settings → Billing & plan shows your plan and usage against its limits. During the trial, “Choose a plan →” opens secure Stripe checkout when billing is configured and available. Choosing a paid plan starts billing immediately; remaining free-trial time does not carry into the subscription. If checkout or the portal is unavailable, contact support rather than assuming a subscription was started. Check the displayed plan after Stripe confirms the change; a failed or incomplete checkout is not a paid subscription.

#Managing a subscription

On a paid plan, “Manage plan, add-ons & invoices →” opens Stripe's billing portal. Use it to change plans, switch between monthly and annual billing, update the payment method, and view invoices. Stripe shows any proration before you confirm, and TenantPoint never charges overages on its own.

#Add-ons

Without changing plans you can add extra property capacity ($20/month or $200/year per property, matching your plan’s billing period), or a one-time SMS Pack 500 ($15 for 500 purchased SMS segments). Included monthly SMS allowance is used first; purchased segments remain separate from that allowance.
