Supported TenantPoint Zapier Operations

The initial private TenantPoint Zapier catalog: five triggers, two create actions, and three searches.

#Initial catalog

The initial catalog contains five triggers, two create actions, and three searches.

  • Triggers: New Vendor, Vendor Updated, New Work Order, Work Order Updated, and New Work Order Note.
  • Create actions: Create Vendor and Create Work Order.
  • Searches: Find Property, Find Vendor, and Find Work Order.

#Safe input behavior

The create actions require a stable source operation ID so retrying the same source event does not create a duplicate. Create Work Order uses the connected workspace and selected property; it does not require a tenant selector.

Property, vendor, and work-order selectors may offer readable choices, but a valid UUID mapped from an earlier Zap step or entered manually remains valid. Selectors return workspace-scoped records only; they do not create access to another workspace or a tenant list.

#Deferred operations

Update Vendor, Update Work Order, and Add Work Order Note are deliberately deferred from the initial public release. Their absence is intentional and does not change the existing private 0.1.2 integration or customer connections.
